Service and Fabric Colours
Our website has been designed to ensure that the fabric colours
you see on screen are as accurate as possible. However, due
to different computer settings the colours may vary slightly
from the actual product, and you will not always be able to
see the soft translucent qualities of some of our fabrics.
Because of this we recommend that you use our swatch sampling
service to ensure that the fabric you choose is perfect for
your home. Our swatch sampling service will be processed the
working day it is received, ensuring you a speedy service.
Whilst there is a charge for this the costs for samples are
fully refunded against your order.

to Measure Service
You don't have to put up with badly fitting blinds any more.
All our blinds are made to your precise measurements, ensuring
that when you receive your blinds they will fit perfectly
and look fantastic. You won't find a better service
for made to measure blinds anywhere! Our service is made
to measure too! We treat each customer as an individual,
so you can tell us where you want your blinds delivered
for your convenience.

Ordering and Payment
We use a secure server for all order and payment transactions
so you can be confident in our security measures. If you place
your order today, it will be acknowledged straight away. We
accept payment by credit or debit card only. You can
choose to pay by Visa / Delta / Switch or MasterCard.

Privacy Policy
As a customer of ours, your information will not be shared
with any third parties unless you have given your prior
approval. We are registered under the relevant Data Protection
Legislation, and ensure at all times your information
is secure. We can provide you with any information we hold
about you if you wish.

Delivery
Services
We use top class couriers to deliver your blinds swiftly
and carefully. You can specify where you would like the product
to be delivered, and we'll ensure that it arrives on time.
Once you've placed your order, you will usually receive an
e-mail detailing the delivery timescale for your individual
order. When you order samples, your request will usually be
despatched the same working day if we receive the request
before 3.30pm, and next working day if we receive it after
3.30pm. There is no delivery charge for this service.
Please note that special delivery arrangements can be made
at an additional cost. Please contact us for more information.

Returns
and Refunds
Because every blind is custom made to your precise requirements,
once made, our products are suitable only to you, and therefore
cannot be re-sold. Because of this it is really important
that you are sure about the product you want, and also the
size you require. Read our how to measure section ensuring
that you have fully understood exact and recess measuring.
Always double check your measurements, and take advantage
of our swatch service to be sure of your fabric choice.
We want our product to delight you! However, if when you
receive your blind you are not 100% happy with it - whatever
your reason - we can arrange for our couriers to collect
it from you. If you let us know within 7 days of receipt,
when we receive your blind back we'll give you a refund
less a 30% handling charge. If in the unlikely event that
your blind arrives damaged or is faulty, we will arrange
for our couriers to collect it from you, and upon receipt
we'll give you a full refund or arrange for a replacement
to be made straight away. It's your choice.

Months Product Guarantee
We ensure every blind we manufacture exceeds our stringent
quality control checks - because we're so sure of the
high standard of our products, every blind we manufacture
comes with a complimentary 12 months guarantee. If your
blind develops a defect in materials or workmanship within
12 months then all you need to do is contact us. We'll arrange for your
blind to be collected by our courier and a repair
or replacement will be provided without charge, providing
the product has not been subject to misuse or negligence.
What's more, we'll repair or replace and usually have your
blind back with you within 5 working days of receipt.

All our prices are inclusive of VAT, and delivery per order,
however many blinds you decide to order.
